Making it easy to compare and select

Maryland small group health insurance plans are offered by insurance companies approved by the State of Maryland to provide the level of benefits you want to offer your workforce. Maryland Health Connection makes it easy for you and your employees to understand the options, so they can review, compare and enroll in a plan that best meets their needs.

Side-by-side comparison of health plansThe SHOP allows you and your employees to do side-by-side comparisons of health plans based on benefits, premiums and out-of-pocket costs. SHOP Direct Enrollment for Maryland small businesses began in April 2014.
