Marylanders can apply during open enrollment Nov. 1-Jan. 15. Enroll Nov. 1-Dec. 31 for coverage beginning Jan. 1. Enroll Jan. 1-15 for coverage beginning Feb. 1.

You can enroll in health coverage any time of year if you qualify for Medicaid or the Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP).

Certain life events qualify you to enroll in a health plan outside of open enrollment.
